Tye Hayes is an operational intelligence strategist and ecosystem architect with experience spanning crisis leadership, critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, sports operations, and large-scale transformation initiatives. She founded Novate in 2015 out of a conviction that complex organizations deserve more than traditional consulting — they deserve operational intelligence frameworks built for the actual environments they operate in. Today she leads Novate's vision across operational intelligence, ecosystem coordination, and AI-enabled readiness, working with sports, entertainment, government, and infrastructure organizations across the United States. Tye is a veteran-led, Black woman-owned strategist who has spent her career building calm through complexity — one coordinated ecosystem at a time.
